Tickets booked by telephone, up until two hours before the performance begins, will be waiting for you on the relevant evening at the concierge desk in the entrance foyer. They can also be sent by post for a €3 fee.

Tickets can be purchased online through Oper Frankfurt's own webshop or Eventim. Tickets can be booked worldwide, right up until the day of the performance. You can choose your seat from the opera house's seating plan. If there is not enough time for your tickets to be sent to you they will be waiting for you at the concierge desk in the entrance foyer. Tickets sent by post incur an additional charge of € 3. The charge is independent from the number of tickets you have ordered, so there is only one charge if you have ordered one ticket or twenty tickets. By choosing "Ticketdirect" you can print out the ticket/s you have purchased at home, saving money on postage. Self printed tickets do not give you the right to travel free to and from the performance on RMV (Rhein-Mainischer Verkehrsverbund) public transport in and around Frankfurt. It is hoped that this will be made possible at a later stage if the RMV can come up with a way of making this fraud-free. More information about how it works under online booking .
