Louie Whitemore

Costume Designer

The English costume designer Louie Whitemore has worked with the director David Freeman for many years. Recent projects have included Die Zauberflöte and Dead Man Walking at Theater Schwerin and Xerxes (for which she also designed the set) at Iford Arts. Other productions with David Freeman included Lulu and Measure for Measure at The Oval in London. She also designed the costumes for La Bohème, Albert Herring and Le nozze di Figaro at Co Opera Co in London and Carmen for Dorset Opera. Louie Whitemore has also designed costumes and stage design for many dance productions, including ones for the Lithuanian National Ballet and English National Ballet and plays at the Edinburgh International Festival, Manchester Exchange Theatre, the Young uand Old Vic and at the Cochrane and Platform Theatre in London.
