Johannes Martin Kränzle had to cancel his recital tomorrow, June 15, because he is not well. We are delighted that the mezzo-soprano Anna Lucia Richter and Ammiel Bushakevitz are able to step in at such short notice to replace him.
Anna Lucia Richter's engagements this season include Zerlina in Mozart's Don Giovanni under Teodor Currentzis at the 2021 Salzburg Festival and her first Hänsel in Humperdinck's Hänsel und Gretel in her home town of Cologne under General Music Director François-Xavier Roth. She is much sought-after as a recitalist, appearing in venues including the Schubertiade in Schwarzenberg, the Rheingau Musik Festival, Carnegie Hall in New York and Wigmore Hall in London.
