OPERA HOUSE OPEN AGAIN!

We are delighted that we can perform again for an audience! We were told we could take part in a test to see if a half full house, a sort of chess board house, might be safe, but the state of Hessen has put a stop to that because of strict corona regulations. Tickets will continue to go on sale, for fewer places. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will contact everyone who has already purchased tickets which are no longer valid, so please don't make any enquiries. We hope to overcome these hurdles with you and to be able to enjoy live theatre in a normal way with you soon!

Tickets for June are on sale, booking for July opens June 21. Advance booking for September/October on August 31.

Corona: you will need to have a test on the day of performances before being allowed in, unless it is 14 days since your second vaccination jab or you have proof that you have recovered from the virus. You have means of identification on you and wear a mask during the performance.

Subscriptions
- The period of notice period has been extended until 31 July 2021.
- Exchange vouchers are valid until 31 July 2022. This also applies to exchange vouchers from the 2020/21 season.
- Detailed information about subscriptions content in 2021/22 will be made known in July.
- A letter about the subscription break until the end of the 2020/21 season can be found at here.

Reimbursements
If you still have tickets for performances that did not take place between Nov 2 and May 31 you can apply for reimbursement by filling out this form.  Reimbursement can only be made if you post us this form and originals of your tickets. For Print@Home-Tickets you only have to post us the form.  Repayments can only be made into a bank account. If you felt like helping the opera company in these difficult times, you could  always waive your right to reimbursement ...
