During the 2023/24 season Jessica Poppe can be heard in concerts for young families (Yalla! with the Qantara Trio) and Marie in these performances of Martin Zel's chamber opera The Huge Word Factory at Oper Frankfurt. Her repertoire ranges from classical to trans-cultural music which she performs throughout Europe at venues including the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf and chamber opera festival in Zamora. Operatic work has taken her to places including the Valle d'Itria Festiva and Staatstheater in Wiesbaden, where she performed in many world premieres as, amongst others, Craker Sacajawea (Oryx and Crake), a Lap Dancer (Anna Nicole) the Geflüchtete/Schlepper (Schönerland). She has also sung 2nd Maid (Elektra), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel), The Duchess (Powder Her Face), Ottavia (L’incoronazione di Poppea), Angelina (La Cenerentola) and Dorabella (Così fan tutte). Jessica Poppe studied at the universities for music in Freiburg, Frankfurt and Munich and the Accademia di Belcanto Rodolfo Celletti in Italy.
