This Greek soprano, who is at home in leading opera houses and concert venues around the world,  is back at Oper Frankfurt where she started out as a member of the Opera Studio, during which time roles included Tigrane (Radamisto) Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro) and the Dew Fairy (Hänsel und Gretel), to sing Pretty Polly in this new production of Harrison Birtwistle's Punch and Judy in the Bockenheimer Depot She studied at the University for Music and Theatre in Munich and Bavaria's August Everding Theatre Academy and was awarded the 2015 Bavarian Kunstförderpreis. Recent engagements included Lucia (Il Viaggio, Dante) at the Opéra de Paris under Kent Nagano, Philippe (The Devil of Loudun) at the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich under Vladimir Jurowski, Frantzi (The Pastures) at the Vienna State Opera, Zerbinetta (Ariadne auf Naxos) at Finnish National Opera, Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail) at the Hamburg State Opera and Adele (Die Fledermaus) at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa under Fabio Luisi. She has sung the Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte) at the Semperoper in Dresden, Oper Frankfurt, Oper Leipzig, the Teatro Regio Torino, Staatsoper in Stuttgart, the Deutsche Oper and Komische Oper in Berlin and on tour to Peking, Macao and Taiwan. Recent concert work has included appearances with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra under Sir Simon Rattle, at the BBC Proms, with the Deutsche Chamber Philharmonie Bremen in the Royal Albert Hall, the Edinburgh International Festival with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the Academy for Alte Musik in Berlin and the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra.
