Serhii Moskalchuk studied singing in Kiev and Ukraine's National Music Academy, being taught by Prof. Serhii Skubak, from 2010 - 2015. He has been a soloist in the Ukrainian military Ensemble since 2015, which he combines with engagements as a soloist at Kiev's Opera and Ballet for children and young people's academy and was a member of Ukraine's National Music Academy's Opera Studio from 2015 - 2020. He taught singing at Kiev's National University for Culture and the Arts from 2019 - 2020, won 1st place at the Lions Club competition in April 2021, 3rd prize and two special prizes at the 2022 Zinka Milanov Competition and was a finalist at the Meistersinger von Nürnberg competition. He has been studying for his masters at the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart since  2020 with Prof. Marion Eckstein and sang Leporello (Don Giovanni) at the Wilhelma Theater. He has taken part in masterclasses held by John Norris, Janet Williams, Gaston Rivero, Eytan Pessen, Cornelis Witthoefft and Ulrike Sonntag.  He joined the Nationaltheater in Mannheim's International Opera Studio in 2021/22, where roles this season include Gazella (Lucrezia Borgia), Alkalde (La forza del destino), Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Méru / 3rd Monk (Les Huguenots) and Colas (Bastien und Bastienne).
