CHAMBER ORCHESTRA OF FRANKFURT SOLOISTS
Members of the Frankfurt Opern- und Museumsorchesters

Three artists who have enjoyed close links to Oper Frankfurt for many years show themselves in a new light in this concert. Baritone Johannes Martin Kränzle was a member of the ensemble for neary 20 years, thrilling audiences with his extraordinary stage presence and in recital.  Not everyone knows that he has been busy composing since he was at school: his most recent work, Variations for String Orchestra was performed for the first time in October 2022 in a concert by Hessen's State Orchestra in Wiesbaden under Yoel Gamzou: now you hear his Mutationes. Memento Coronae - inspired by the pandemic. Works by the two violists Martin Lauer and Mathias Bild, members of the Frankfurt Opern- und Museumsorchester, can also be heard for the first time, enriching chamber music life in general. Vladislav Brunner, who has played 1st violin in the orchestra since 1985, conducts an ensemble of soloists from the orchestra which he founded, whose repertoire ranges from the baroque to contemporary music.
