Eleonora Ricci

The Italian dancer Eleonora Ricci, who gained her masters in dance at the State University for Music & the Performing Arts in Mannheim in 2025, is making her debut at Oper Frankfurt in this new production of Tchaikovsky's Mazeppa. Recent projects have included taking part in works including Swan Lake (choreographed by: Eno Peçi and Sabrina Sadowska with parts of Lew Ivanov's original choreography) at Theater Chemnitz, The Girl and the Nutcracker (choroegraphy: Bridget Breiner), Romeo and Juliet (Jean-Chrisophe Maillot) and Les Boréades (Antoine Jully) at the Staaatstheater in Karlsruhe, where she was a member of the Ballet Studio in 2024/25. Whilst studying in Mannheim she danced in Sleeping Beauty (new arr. by Rosemary Helliwell), In The Middle, Somewhat Elevated and Artifact, Locomotive and Hypno (all by William Forsythe, newly staged by Agnès Noltenius).
