Andrija Sekulić, singing a Conspirator in this revival of Weill's The Tsar wants his Photograph taken, was born in, Loznica, Serbia, in 2001. After learning to play the flute at the Kosta Manojlović High School for Music he took up singing at the Mokranjac University for Music in Belgrade. He continues his vocal studies at the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Mannheim. He has won awards and prizes at many competitions, took part in performances of J. S. Bach cantatas and Mozart's Requiem and took part in productions of operas including Die Zauberflöte.
