Shun Nagakura completed his studies at the Hokkaido University of Education in 2025 before joining the NNTT Opera Studio. Born in 2002, his teachers have included Shuya Itoga, Koji Ono, Mitsuya Okubo and Atsushi Okamoto. Roles since joining the NNTT Opera Studio have included Don Curzio (Le nozze di Figaro), Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni), Dr. Blind (Die Fledermaus), Slender (The Merry Wives of Windsor) and Bruno in Respighi's Lucrezia.
