Born in South Korea, Grace Eunchoung Choi studied at Chung Ang University in Seoul and Augsburg University's Leopold Mozart Centre before graduating from the University for Music in Nürnberg. She made her debut in 2022, singing Tangia in Gluck's Le Cinesi at the Gluck Festival Nürnberg and sang Suzuki (role debut) in Madama Butterfly at the Daejeon Arts Centre in Seoul in 2025. Other roles included Romeo (I Capuleti e i Montecchi) at Sejong's Art Centre in Seoul, Cherubino and Marcellina (Le nozze di Figaro), 2nd (Die Zauberflöte), Flora (La Traviata) and Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel).  Concert work has taken her to the Lorenz Church in Nürnberg, Augsburg's town hall, Henfenfeld Castle, the Old Stock Exchange Leipzig and other leading venues. She joined the chorus at Oper Frankfurt in the 2023/24 season.
