Born in Poland, she studied singing and drama at the Music Academy in Danzig.  She came to Germany on a DAAD scholarship, being taught by Julia Hamari and graduating from the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart with distinction before completing her studies at the University for Music in Trossingen. She then decided to join the chorus at Oper Frankfurt, where she has taken on numerous solo roles, including Fortuna in L’incoronazione di Poppea, Suor Dolcina in Suor Angelica and a Milliner in Der Rosenkavalier. She's also much sought-after for concert work in Germany,  France, Austria and Poland. She has taken part in concerts with renowned ensembles including the SWR Vokalensemble and the NDR Chorus under Herbert Blomstedt, Heinz Holliger, Frieder Bernius and Marcus Creed.
