Lara Fournier was born in Switzerland. After graduating from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in 2019, where she worked with choreographers including Kim Brandstrup and Julie Cunningham, she continued her training with, amongst others, Christopher Thomas, Amir Kolben, Joy Alpuerto Ritter, the Azimuth Arts & Dance Ensemble and Lee Jung. She has performed at The Place for Resolution Dance Festival, Sadler's Wells and the Beijing Dance Academy. Her own choreographed experimental inspired works were performed at the Design for Dance Festival at Central Saint Martins, the Lilian Baylis and Anya Linden theatres, The Place for Resolution Dance Festival, Florence Dance Festival - Twilight in the round and in her own country. After gaining her second bachelors in philosophy, psychology and the history of art she now works as a dancer in Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzlerland.
