Annabelle Krukow, who studied German and Theatre at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and has appeared regularly on stage as an extra for many years, is back at Oper Frankfurt, where she appeared in productions including Aida and Tannhäuser (»Performance of the Year 2024«) for this revival of Weinberg's The (female) Passenger. She also performed next door, for Schauspiel Frankfurt, in works including Macbeth (dir: Timofey Kuljabin), Momo and Ronja Räubertochter and at the Staatstheater in Mainz, in Die Physiker, Peterchens Mondfahrt and Pünktchen & Anton, amongst others, where she also worked as a costume assistant on productions of The Flying Dutchman and Rigoletto. She was also seen in the TV series Babylon Berlin. Annabelle Krukow plays the piano and trained in ballet, jazz and hip hop.
