Claudia Muschio studied at the Luca Marenzio Conservatoire in Brescia before gaining her Masters, with distinction, at the Girolamo Frescobaldi Conservatoire in Ferrara in 2018. She gained further invaluable experience in masterclasses held by Juan Diego Flórez, Sonia Ganassi, Ernesto Palacio and Alfonso Antoniozzi, reached the finals of the  32nd Ismaele Voltolini International Singing Contest and won first prize in the Verdi category of the Carlo Guasco International Singing Contest in Alessandria. Her repertoire includes Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Contessa di Folleville (Il viaggio a Reims), Lucinda (L’ape musicale), Fanny (La cambiale di matrimonio) and Rosalia (L’equivoco stravagante). She joined Stuttgart Opera's International Opera Studio in 2019/2020, and joined the Ensemble in 2020/2021, since when roles have included the Sandman / Dew Fairy (Hänsel und Gretel), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Morgana (Alcina) and Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro). She sang Adina (L’elisir d’amore) am Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova in 2021/22, a role you can hear her singing this season in Stuttgart, where she also sings Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Amina (La sonnambula) and can be seen in a new production of La Fest.
