The American pianist and conductor Aurelia Andrews also enjoys a successful career coaching singers. She accompanies leading singers in recital who appear regularly at leading opera houses around the world and has worked with conductors including James Conlon, Plácido Domingo, Emmanuel Villaume and Riccardo Frizza. She was pianist and coach at Los Angeles Opera, the Pacific Opera Project, the Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Glimmerglass Festival and Theater Heidelberg, plays regularly for the Dallas Opera Competition and was coach and pianist for the 2019 Three Tenors Gala - Matthew Polenzani, Michael Fabiano and Bryan Hymel - in Dallas. Conducting projects have included Frederick Loewe's Camelot at Intermountain Opera, Ben Moore's The Odyssey and Robin Hood and Benjamin Britten's Noye's Fludde at Glimmerglass Festival. Aurelia Andrews is on the music staff at Dallas Opera, Florentine Opera and Santa Fe Opera.
