Gabriella Lemma

Gabriella Lemma was born and grew up in Canosa, in Apulia. She studied ballet and contemporary technique at the Centro Teatro Danza in Italy before joining the Agora young contemporary company's Coaching Project in Reggio Emilia in 2016. Two years later she joined theMM Contemporary Dance Company as a guest and moved to Osnabrück, where she was a member of the Dance Company Theatre in Osnabrück from 2019 - 2021. She now works freelance, appearing at theatres including the Semperoper in Dresden, Staatstheater in Wiesbaden, Oper Frankfurt and with various dance projects. In 2021 she choreographed a work for an evening for young choreographers at Theater Osnabrück: In spite of me, which won first prize. She also holds a degree in industrial engineering from Reggio Emilia University.
