Jason H. Thompson designs lighting and projections for opera, dance, drama, open-air events, museums and architecture. Lost Highway, his debut at Oper Frankfurt, is yet another project he has developed with Yuval Sharon. They have created many productions including Die Walküre at the Staatstheater in Karlsruhe, Tri sestry / Three Sisters at the Vienna State Opera, A Trip to the Moon and Young Caesar with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Live-Stream-Multimedia operas Hopscotch, Invisible Cities and Crescent City with The Industry in Los Angeles, Pelléas et Melisande with the Cleveland Orchestra and John Cage's Song Books with the San Francisco Symphony and in the Carnegie Hall. Their production of The Cunning Little Vixen with the Cleveland Orchestra has been seen at the Musikverein in Vienna and goes to the Staatstheater in Karlsruhe this December. Other productions were: Tarzan: Call of the Wild and Frozen. A Sing Along for the Disney Shanghai Resort and Remember Me with the Parsons Dance Company. Jason H. Thompson is also involved in Stars on Ice and Scott Hamilton CARES Charity Events in Cleveland. He has created video installations for the Petersen Auto Museum and, with Yuval Sharon, designed a Chagall exhibition: Fantasies for the Stage in the LACMA. He and Kaitlyn Pietras founded PXT Studio in Los Angeles.
