Sebastian Krumbiegel, who was born in 1966, is a musician, writer, composer and co-founder of Die Prinzen, a band who had many hits and celebrated its 30th birthday in 2021. He is also much in demand as a solo artist, publishes music and tours giving concerts and readings. He has fought against racism, hated of foreigners and social injustices for many years, which has earned  him honours including the 2012 Services to Germany order.  He lives and works in Leipzig.
